Our metal reinforced profiles offer a reliable solution for securing profiles to end products, bypassing the need for tape, adhesive, or separate fixing plates. With no requirement for mounting rails or grooves during installation, these profiles simplify the design process for customers. They are engineered to withstand vibration, shock, and abrasion, while possessing fire-resistant properties to EN 45545-2 safety standards. They are embedded with a stainless-steel wire which is vulcanized inside the profile during the extrusion process ensuring durability, ease of installation, and a perfect fit.
Arisons manufacture rubber extrusions and are also able to manufacture extrusions in PVC. The common usage for Rubber and PVC extrusions are in applications such as sealing, noise control, vibration, and decorative trim. We offer a full range of products, for any application, in a wide array of materials. At Arisons, we can offer our customers a choice from over 5000 dies. We can also offer a complete extrusion design service, able to fit any application. We can further carry out post or in – fabrication such as; cutting, drilling, punching, notching, and slotting. From a simple cord or rectangle, to a complex co-extruded or clip-on product with die cutting, The Rubber Company can help you.
We are also able to customize compounds for our customers. The elastomers in our standard rubber extrusions are either weather-resistant EPDM or SBR. However, we are also able to offer extrusions in Silicone, EPDM, Nitrile and Plastic. If your unique application requires a higher level of performance, Neoprene, Viton* and Buna N may be an option.
Certification and Specifications
All rubber seal strip must meet certain classes of ASTM C1619, depending on the specifications for a project. Generally, sanitary projects will require C1619 Class A (standard rubber) or B (oil-resistant rubber) and stormwater projects will reference C1619 Class C (standard) or D (oil-resistant).
Our factory has been ISO 9001 certified since 2005. In subsequent years, we have successively obtained ISO 14001, CE, EN 681 and SGS certifications, as well as other internationally recognized qualifications.
