PVC waterstops are ideal for waterproofing and water containment in concrete structures including swimming pools, aqueducts, foundations, canals, reservoirs and dams. Featuring excellent chemical resistance, low-temperature flexibility and long-term durability, they provide reliable protection against water penetration in civil engineering projects.
PVC waterstop profiles are specially designed for structural construction joints, ensuring effective watertightness even under water pressure. Suitable for both water-retaining structures and underground foundations such as tunnels and silos, they perform stably in a temperature range of -30°C to +70°C. With outstanding resistance to ageing, UV, ozone, alkalis and corrosive groundwater, they maintain high flexibility and stable mechanical properties over a long service life.
Certification and Specifications
All PVC waterstop must meet certain classes of ASTM C1619, depending on the specifications for a project. Generally, sanitary projects will require C1619 Class A (standard rubber) or B (oil-resistant rubber) and stormwater projects will reference C1619 Class C (standard) or D (oil-resistant).
Our factory has been ISO 9001 certified since 2005. In subsequent years, we have successively obtained ISO 14001, CE, EN 681 and SGS certifications, as well as other internationally recognized qualifications.
What types of materials are used in your PVC Waterstop products?
Our PVC Waterstops are made from high-quality PVC material known for low water absorption and excellent chemical resistance. These seals maintain durability and flexibility under harsh conditions, making them trusted components among rubber seal suppliers for waterproofing concrete joints.
Can you customize PVC Waterstops to fit specific project needs?
Yes, we offer a range of customization options, including various sizes, profiles, and colors to meet your exact requirements. Whether for large-scale civil engineering or specific waterproofing tasks, our flexible solutions ensure precision fits for your custom rubber seals projects.
How should PVC Waterstops be installed to ensure optimal performance?
We recommend installing PVC Waterstops within expansion and construction joints of concrete structures to prevent water intrusion. Proper embedding during concrete pouring is crucial for a watertight seal, and our technical team can provide guidance to ensure seamless integration on-site.
Do you provide support for logistics and delivery of bulk orders of PVC Waterstops?
Yes, as experienced rubber seal suppliers, we manage both small and large-volume orders efficiently. Our advanced production base and quality controls ensure timely delivery while maintaining product integrity to support your project's schedule and performance goals.
