Rubber Waterstop usage has expanded to all types of concrete structures for the purpose of keeping liquids in or out.
We offer a complete line of standard extruded profiles that may be joined using our unique molded intersections. This system provides the flexibility to customize for each application and structure.
Rubber waterstops are key components for waterproofing in concrete construction projects. Designed to seal expansion joints and concrete joints, they effectively prevent water ingress or leakage, protecting structures from water‑related damage. Installed by casting into concrete joints during construction, these waterstops are engineered to withstand heavy physical pressure, stress, tremors, and vibrations caused by temperature changes, seismic activity, and other environmental factors.
Widely applied in dams, reservoirs, swimming pools, sewage treatment plants, and underground structures, rubber waterstops are essential in all water‑retaining and waterproof‑critical projects. To ensure optimal performance, they must be installed strictly following the manufacturer’s guidelines using high‑quality materials. Regular inspections are also recommended to detect wear or damage that may compromise their sealing function.
Certification and Specifications
All concrete pipe gaskets must meet certain classes of ASTM C1619, depending on the specifications for a project. Generally, sanitary projects will require C1619 Class A (standard rubber) or B (oil-resistant rubber) and stormwater projects will reference C1619 Class C (standard) or D (oil-resistant).
Our factory has been ISO 9001 certified since 2005. In subsequent years, we have successively obtained ISO 14001, CE, EN 681 and SGS certifications, as well as other internationally recognized qualifications.
